Originally featured on my 2010 album, "The Ancient Greek Lyre", this track is given new meaning by the richer and more evocative timbre of my recreated ancient Greek kithara.

Aphrodite was the ancient Greek goddess of sexual love and beauty, identified with Venus by the Romans. She was known primarily as a goddess of love and fertility and occasionally presided over marriage.

This piece features the ancient Greek Hypodorian Mode in just intonation.
